About Us
Premier's Story:
Premier Host Homes was created by caring professionals who believe people thrive best when they feel seen, supported, and respected. Seth and Marissa, both registered nurses, saw first-hand the lack of support and services available for people between in-patient or crisis stays and the community. They teamed up to create a company based around care in the community. Daiton, with her background in mental health created the name Premier and brought an important understanding of emotional wellness and the power of belonging.
What makes Premier different?
At Premier Host Homes, we believe life should be lived — not watched from the couch.
We are passionate about helping our members experience real life, real connection, and real community involvement. That means encouraging people to travel, explore, try new things, build relationships, gain independence, and do what Seth likes to call “fun sh*t.” Whether that is concerts, vacations, sporting events, hobbies, community activities, or simply getting out and enjoying everyday life, we believe those experiences matter.
Of course, safety always comes first. We focus on creating an environment where members can safely grow, make progress, and live fuller, more meaningful lives.
What truly sets Premier apart is that we care deeply about both our members and our host home providers. We know providers cannot pour from an empty cup, which is why we prioritize provider mental health, support, appreciation, and accessibility just as much as member care. Our contractors are never treated like a number.
